Memphis at Denver

Memphis has won two straight road games at Utah and Phoenix and the Grizzlies won the first meeting with the Nuggets this season 108-107 on Nov. 8.  Mike Conley exploded for 38 points and Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph added 18 points apiece against the Suns. Memphis has a huge defensive advantage in this matchup as it allows only 99.5 points per game compared to 111.3 for Denver while the Grizzlies' offense has been far superior to their previous several years under new coach David Fizdale. The Nuggets lost to the lowly Lakers 120-116 Tuesday night as the defense let them down again with the Lakers shooting 52.8 percent. Wilson Chandler scored 26 points and Kenneth Faried added 14 points and 17 rebounds for Denver. Nikola Jokic (hip) and Emmanuel Mudiay (lower back) are both questionable for the Nuggets, who have covered just two of their last five in back-to-backs. Play the Grizzlies.
