The Toronto Raptors have basically held the command in the NBA Atlantic from pole to pole. They have already clinched the division, and it seems like the motivational element with this team, having no one in their path all season within the division, has led to somewhat of a lackluster finish. The Raptors are just 5-13 in their last 18 games overall, and certainly are not playing with any passion. The Lakers are a troubled franchise right now, but despite a 3-9 overall record in their last 12 games, they have been more than competitive as they are 9-3 ATS, and 12-4 ATS in their last 16.
