Los Angeles at San Antonio

The San Antonio Spurs are playing on back-to-back nights, a situation that once had a lot of bettors staying away from them with their aging roster. That was certainly true up to a few years ago, but the Spurs have infused some youth on their roster, as well as depth and are 7-1 ATS on no rest this season and 32-15 ATS the last three years. It usually is not a good idea to lay double-digits in the NBA, but the Spurs have been great at taking down big numbers. Since 1996 they are 190-146-6 ATS at home to a line of -10 or more at home, at 56.5%. The Spurs played last night but a 60-26 halftime lead has left them well rested. The Lakers have won and covered two straight as Kobe Bryant has had a couple big games, but he can't do it every night anymore, and the defense of the Spurs is another story. The Spurs also fit a team situation that has them at 18-0 ATS, and is active again tonight. Take the Spurs in a blowout tonight.
