Los Angeles at Memphis

Perhaps ugly meets ugly is the story line for this game, as the Los Angeles Lakers are dealing with a lot of internal turmoil, and the Memphis Grizzlies is dealing with issues of their own. The Lake Show has, however, put together a four-game winning streak, but winning streaks have not lasted long in Los Angeles for quite some time. The Lakers have had just one other such streak since 2013. The Grizzlies have settled down after snapping out of a funk that saw them go a woeful 2-19. When you get right down to it, they are a decent team at 11-9 otherwise and have covered five of seven. Their once stable defense is getting its act back together, allowing less than 40% shooting in two of their last three. Make the play on Memphis.
