No one would have imagined the Lakers would be 9-12 through 21 games. Probably the best thing for this team is to get out of Tinseltown right now, away from the rabid fans, and go on a nice run. The Cavaliers are a weak team that has been weaker since Kyle Irving went down with a broken finger. They have dropped five straight games, and are 2-9 without Irving in the lineup. The Lakers are the top rebounding team in the league at +5.4 per contest and that should make a huge difference here in this one. The Cavs simply no longer have a homecourt edge without LeBron in the mix, and are 7-21 ATS in their last 28 here. Overall they have failed to cover in each of their last five. Take the Lakers.
