The Celtics find themselves behind the eight ball trailing in the series to the Lakers 2-1. They can find solace in the fact that they fell down by 17 points and came all the way back despite an 0-13 performance from Ray Allen and several players with foul trouble. They certainly will be expected to make a better effort here in this one. History also shows us that the Lakers are not in the best historical spot. As road dogs off a win and dogs again from 3.5-9.5 featuring a game with two very good teams (.600-.750 winning percentage), they are just 96-163 in the last 259 games in this situation. Those same two teams squaring off winning 60-75% and a line of 3.5-9.5 have gone to the favorite to the tune of a 323-239 ATS mark. I'll ride with the team in need here, and back Boston.
