Los Angeles at Dallas

Mark Cuban is going to have some gray hairs before this season is over. His Mavericks have had a .500 or better regular season in 15 of the last 16 years, but at 2-11 they are a long way from adding another. The Clippers are off to an 11-2 start, and look to be a competitive threat to Golden State in the West. However, the Mavs' numbers are a lot better than they look. Dallas has played 9 of their 13 games on the road, and in their four home games they have been within 10 points in all but one of them. LA is winning, but in their last four games they have had a net scoring margin of just +17, or 4.3 points per game. The Mavericks are great off a loss, where they are a covering machine at 92-67-6 ATS the last four years. I think that the Mavs can hang tough here, as LA will likely not bring their "A" game vs. a 2-11 opponent. Take the points on Dallas.
