The Pacers went to OT and lost against the Knicks at home yesterday, finally snapping their win streak at six games. A buzzer beater put away the Pacers, who really had the momentum and game in hand late. They will fly to Toronto to play the Raptors on the second of back-to-backs, which is not a great scheduling break. However the Raptors will not have the heart to hand the Pacers their second straight defeat. The dysfunctional Raptors (31-45, 39-37 ATS) were officially eliminated from postseason with it's loss at Chicago Saturday host the Indiana Pacers (41-34, 36-35-4 ATS) who come in off a disappointing 113-112 OT loss to the Knicks Sunday marking the first defeat in seven on the hardwood and the first loss at the cash window in ten games (1-8-1 ATS). The Pacers will be in one ugly mood after Sunday's loss and knowing a victory here and Wednesday at home clinches a playoff spot a tough bunch for Toronto Raptors to stop. Although Raptors are a decent 22-15 (20-17 ATS) at the Air Canada Center the current 3-7 (3-7 ATS) slump and the deep locker room issues are too much to overcome. Toronto is 4-6 (3-7 ATS) in their last ten home to a conference foe while Indiana is 4-1-ATS last six on the road against an Eastern team makes laying the small point spread is a solid proposition. Three stars on Indiana.
