The Indiana Pacers have been a pleasant surprise in the NBA at 22-12 on the season, and have now won five straight games. But in that mix they required overtime to beat the New Orleans Hornets at home, so the Hornets should play with purpose and confidence tonight at home. The Hornets went on a disastrous 2-23 run, and were expected to be a bad team without Chris Paul leading the offense. They have made a lot of adjustments and improvements and have been a much more competitive team since the bad run, having gone 5-4 in their last nine games and 8-1 ATS over the same period. The Hornets get no respect despite 8-0 ATS mark in their last eight as a dog, which includes five outright wins. Take the points and play on New Orleans.
