Indiana has the 6th best scoring offense in the NBA at 104.6 ppg. It doesn't mean much when you go on the road and allow 112.5 ppg in your last ten while your road scoring holds to your season average. The result is just two wins in those ten games. Now the Pacers are faced with playing without Jermaine O'Neal who will be missed on both ends of the court. The Bulls are trying to shake off the 2-10 start as they have gone 14-14 since. They were beaten soundly at Indiana so revenge is in order for this one with Indiana in a down cycle, especially on the road. The Bulls started the season with their offense really struggling, reaching the 100 point marker just once in their first eight home games. They have since reached it in seven of their last eleven at home, averaging 103.4 ppg. The Pacers have no commitment on the defensive end, and that makes Chicago the play here.
