Houston at Utah

Houston has lost four straight games mostly due to bad defense. However, the Rockets have an opportunity to break the streak against Utah, which they have beaten four of the last five meetings, including a 4-1 ATS record. The Rockets lost at San Antonio 121-103 on Saturday as the Spurs atoned for a Christmas Day loss to Houston. Dwight Howard scored 22 points and grabbed 17 rebounds and James Harden added 17 points and the Rockets shot 50 percent from the field. Unfortunately, the Spurs shot 52.3 percent, including 54.2 from distance. Utah comes off a 92-87 overtime win over Memphis on Saturday as Rodney Hood scored 32 points. The Jazz is dealing with several injuries, including Rudy Gobert and Alec Burks who are out for an extended period and Derrick Favors, who has missed five games, is still questionable. Utah is 2-5 ATS after an ATS win and the fact that the Rockets are a slight favorite on the road even on a four-game losing streak is telling. Back the Rockets.
