After an 0-5 start to the season, the Rockets have pushed back to .500 and would very much like to get over that mark but I don't see that happening tonight, even with Brandon Roy out for Portland. The Blazers have been a very tough out at home in recent years and this year is no exception. They have won seven straight here and are 11-3 on the season. Without Roy, this team has won five of seven. Houston has been scoring a lot, but this team allows 107 points per game on the road and that will be their downfall here. The past two seasons the Rockets are just 20-33 ATS following a game as a home favorite. Over the past three seasons, they are 47-69 ATS following a win. I like Portland to win and cover this one.
