Houston is the better team but if you look at the stats, these teams are fairly evenly matched. They are both allowing 93.7 ppg while Houston has a slight offensive edge. But Philly is showing signs of improvement, hitting 55.7% a few nights ago against the best defensive team in the league (Boston) and 53.1% in their last game vs. New York. They beat the Knicks by 28 points, as an underdog. Home teams coming off a double-digit upset win are 92-30 (75%) in non-conference games the past five seasons. Houston was on the flip-side of that equation, losing by 13 as a favorite to Toronto. The Rockets are just 23-27 in their last 50 following a double-digit loss as favorite. We like Philly's chances here to get an upset win.
