The Minnesota Timberwolves have been a tease the past couple of seasons as this team appears to have better talent than the results they have put forth. Some may blame injuries, but the fact is they just haven't gotten to the place their talent is supposed to take them. They have done a poor job vs. the elite teams in the league as they are 5-11 ATS on the season taking on a team that has a winning percentage of greater than .605, including just 2-6 ATS at home. Houston has parlayed the outside game of James Harden, and the inside presence of Dwight Howard, to move into elite status at 34-17 on the season. The T-Wolves last 31 vs. a team over .600 has resulted in a 7-23-1 ATS record. Until Minnesota proves they belong, I can't side with them against the better teams in the league. Play on Houston.
