Houston at Golden State

Despite the injury issues Houston faces to start the season, getting this many points from a Golden St team certainly sparks interest and value. The Warriors managed just 29 wins a year ago and their game one injury list reads like a who's who, so they are in the same boat as Houston, only less compensating talent. The Warriors did a good job last year finishing with an above .500 mark of 21-20, but when they were asked to cover sizable numbers at home there just isn't enough talent here to get it done. While they did well as a home dog, and small favorite, when the number got up to -5 they really struggled turning in a 1-7 ATS mark and those lines were usually reserved for really bad teams which doesn't classify Houston. I'll go with the Rockets in this one.
