Houston at Chicago

It appears the Houston run of just falling short of making it to a Championship may have ended. They parted ways with James Harden and a regrouping franchise is taking its lumps. They have played seven of eight to the UNDER as their games have become a lot more methodical, and they will take on a Chicago team that is green and growing but not nearly there yet at 5-8. Things have gotten difficult for the Bulls as they have dropped six of thier past eight games. Those losses have seen four of them come by 12 points or more, and this team has not been competitive. Bulls have really struggled at home in games expected to be ultra-competitive with a line of +3 to -3, where they are a woeful 4-19 ATS over the last three seasons. Make the play on Houston.
