Boston did a lot of things right in Game 5, such as containing Stephen Curry, who shot 0-for-9 on 3-point attempts and they also shot 16 more free throws and grabbed eight more rebounds. However, the Celtics shot just 41 percent and committed 18 turnovers to seal their fate, but now they go back home where they need to keep the good things from Monday's game, while taking better shots and handling the ball better. Boston hasn't lost back-to-back games at home this postseason and they have won all three of their elimination games. The last time the Celtics lost three in a row was in December, and their record off a loss since Dec. 29 is 17-5 SU (77%). Golden State knows it has home court available for Game 7 and are in a slight letdown spot after winning the last two, while Boston is in desperation mode. There is also the pride factor for the Celtics after being embarrassed by Golden State’s swagger and chirping the past two games. Look for a better performance from Jaylen Brown, who finished only 5-for-18 from the field in Game 5. Boston is 13-4 ATS following a loss and 8-2 ATS with two days rest, but this still figures to be close with the Celtics pulling out a win. Play the Celtics on the moneyline.
