Golden State at Portland

Golden State proved once again that it will find a way to win as the Warriors came back from a 65-50 halftime deficit to defeat the Trail Blazers 114-111 and take a 2-0 lead in the series. Kevin Durant's absence has not made much difference this season as Golden State is 26-1 with Durant out and Stephen Curry playing. Obviously, it forces Curry and his teammates to focus even more than normal and Curry poured in 37 points on Thursday while Klay Thompson added 24 points. Draymond Green contributed 16 points and 10 rebounds and Kevon Looney added 14 points illustrating Golden State's depth. Portland has had a stellar season, but at some point it has to be accepted that the defending champs are simply better. In addition, Golden State's confidence is at its highest level of the year. Take the Warriors to get the straight-up win.
