Don Nelson has the Warriors playing surprisingly good basketball... until lately. The Warriors were 7-3 before they fell to Phoenix and Denver. In each of those games, they lost by 3 points. They could be 9-3 here but instead are in need of a win to stop the three-game slide. Denver is scoring like crazy but their defense is more than suspect and against a team like Golden State, that could spell trouble. The Warriors are averaging 105.8 per game on the season and 111.2 over their last five games. Their defense is bad, but not as bad as Denver's. Versus teams that allow over 100 per game, Golden State is 30-16 ATS the past three seasons. Meanwhile, Denver is on an 1-11 ATS run vs. teams that hit 48%+ of their shots. Should be a shootout but after two losses, we look to Golden State to put forth a strong effort and at least keep it close.
