Detroit at Washington

The Detroit Pistons are well removed from their glory days, and have suffered over the past several seasons. They have some nice young talent that is slowly bringing them back. Young talent is often inconsistent, and carries fragile egos. The Pistons are just 3-9 in their last 12 games, and are struggling with confidence right now. Much was expected from Washington this year - a team considered a step ahead of Detroit in their development. The Wizards are, however, starting to play better, have won three in a row, and have worked their way up to the .500 mark. They have certainly been a step ahead of the losing teams on their schedule where they have posted a 13-3 ATS record against them in their last 16. These teams are on different paths right now, so make the play on Washington.
