It is early in the season, but the Detroit Pistons have yet to cash in as they head to Philadelphia at 0-8. The Pistons have sure been knocking on the door, and did so again last night before losing by just 2 points. That marked the third time in their eight losses that the Pistons have fallen one possession short of the win column. So, this team is not as bad as 0-8 would indicate. The Sixers are fortunate to be 4-3 on the season as they have yielded 100+ points in four games, while achieving 100 just once themselves. That certainly shows a great deal of variance, leaving the 76ers vulnerable to every opponent. This is a team that misses Andre Iguodala dearly as he could usually get them a basket in the pinch. But, the Sixers have scored 88 or less in four games already. Teams that struggle like this to score are good fades on the moneyline when laying points. This is a good spot for Detroit to break through. Play Detroit on the moneyline.
