Despite a 73-point output in Miami in their last game, Detroit has five players all scoring 10+ on the season. They will get a lot less resistance vs. the Knicks who don't put forth a consistent effort on the defensive end. Detroit went 29 games to start the season without scoring 100 points in a game in regulation minutes, but have since gotten much more efficient on the offensive end. The Pistons have scored 100+ in seven of their last 16 games - quite a contrast from earlier in the season. The Knicks have gone for 110+ in five of their last 13, and 8 of those 13 have seen both teams account for 200+ points. The Pistons are 11-2 to the OVER in their last 13 on the road, while the Knicks follow a 10+ point loss to play six straight to the OVER. The OVER gets the call in this one.
