Detroit at Minnesota

Both of these teams are fighting for a playoffs sport. The difference however is that Minnesota is in the West while Detroit is in the East. The East is so bad that the 24-37 Pistons are just three games back from the 8th playoff spot. Sadly for Minnesota, despite a .500 record, they are in 10th place and really have no shot in the West. Their loss to New York last time out indicates that they may be packing it in. The Pistons are 7-2-1 ATS in their last ten road games vs. teams with a winning home record. Minnesota has dropped five of their last seven vs. the number at home and they are just 15-24 straight-up this season vs. good offenses (teams like Detroit that score 99+ per game). This is a ton of points. Take Detroit to cover the spread and let's also put a little on them to win this game outright.
