Detroit has now won nine straight on the road. Detroit went into Dallas last year and became the Mavs only loss at home during a 31-1 stretch. Detroit shows up with their "A" game for big matches and this year's version certainly looks more potent than what the Mavs have shown to this point. The Pistons are allowing just 89 ppg, and are ranked second in FG percentage allowed. Dallas appears to be cruising through the regular season where they proved last year that it doesn't matter how many wins you accumulate, it is all about the playoffs. Think the Pistons are on a different mission and playing hungrier, and the hungry team usually comes away with the win in these types of matchups, so we will ride the Pistons in a rare dog situation.
