Detroit at Dallas

Dallas went on a 10-1 run, but it has settled down of late as the Mavs are just 5-4 in their last nine games. They are dealing with significant injury issues as Porzingis and Kleber both have been ruled out for tonight's game vs. Detroit. The Pistons have struggled all season and will enter with a woeful 12-41 record. The Pistons are an easy team to let down against as it always appears the game is going to be won even before the tipoff. Detroit is just 1-6 SU in its last seven games getting 7.5 or more points, but they are a surprising 6-1 ATS in those seven games. That kind of sizes up the fact that their opponents don't come out with fire, and with a couple of main cogs sitting this one out for Dallas I like Detroit in this one. Play the Pistons.
