Chris Paul is out for this game, but that might be a blessing in disguise because Phoenix wasn't doing much with him in the lineup as Denver easily won the first two games of the series. Paul's absence in addition to the fact it's a must-win game will give the rest of the Suns incentive to not only play to their potential, but also to overachieve as the Nuggets suffer the typical letdown we see in the postseason after a team goes up 2-0 and then goes on the road. The Suns still have two superstars in Kevin Durant and Devin Booker and they expect Deandre Ayton to step up after averaging 14 points in the series. Denver is just 20-23 straight up and ATS on the road this season and the Suns have won 30 of 44 at home. The Nuggets have lost five of their past six road games outright, including 100-93 at Phoenix on March 31 and Paul had only five points in that game plus an overtime game at Minnesota in the conference quarterfinals. Lay the points with the Suns as Round 2 Game of the Year Max Play.
