Denver at New Orleans

New Orleans led at halftime against New York last night, but ran out of gas and the Pelicans lost their sixth in a row and 15th in 16 games. Now they have to play a back-to-back against Denver, which is seeking payback for a 101-94 loss in the first meeting when Nikola Jokic didn't play. The Nuggets also will be focused after losing 126-124 to Portland on Thursday after nearly erasing a 17-point fourth-quarter deficit. Jokic had 34 points and the Trail Blazers snapped a seven-game skid. The Pelicans are 3-6 ATS their past nine games and 1-8 ATS against Northwest Division opponents.
