Denver at Minnesota

Both of these teams are coming off losses. Denver blew a 17-point lead against Milwaukee on Monday, but the Nuggets are just a tiny underdog in this one after the Timberwolves lost at home to Memphis 100-87 on Sunday.  Minnesota shot just 38.7 percent and Derrick Rose scored 18 points with Robert Covington and Karl-Anthony Thomas adding 15 apiece, but their team made only 31-of-80 shots overall and the loss snapped a three-game winning streak. Minnesota has had shooting woes all season, averaging just a .436 field goal percentage while the Nuggets have a .467 shooting percentage. Denver has had much success on the road against Minnesota with a 20-6-1 ATS record the last 27 meetings and the Timberwolves have not covered the spread in four of their last five versus teams with winning records.
