Denver at Houston

Denver may be out of the playoff picture, but if you didn't notice, they are not packing it in. The Nuggets have been hot on offense and getting healthy, on a 10-3 ATS run. Denver ranks ninth in the NBA in points scored and fifth in rebounding. They are off a loss at Memphis, but covered again. The Nuggets are 6-1 ATS  following a loss and 5-2 ATS in their last seven road games. Houston, who doesn't play much defense, is 18th in points allowed and are not going to catch the Clippers for the No. 4 spot. They are also banged up. Houston has played the last four games without starting point guard Patrick Beverley (knee) and Dwight Howard (ankle), and both are expected out again. While the Nuggets are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games playing on one days rest, the Rockets are 2-5 ATS on one days rest.
