These teams can still get up and down the court, but are put together with a different approach than past seasons. The problem for Golden State is that the offense is scoring just 92 points per game, and they are not defending at that level allowing as they are allowing 101 ppg in their last five. Denver got off to a sluggish 0-3 start as they forgot to play defense, and allowed 102 ppg in the three losses. They have won their last three and the defense has responded as they have allowed 88 ppg. Both of these teams have made the transition from all offense to a conventional NBA pace, but Denver simply has more talent and has made the adjustment better.
