The Cavs pounded the Nuggets on their home court earlier this season. It was a game where Denver was very battered, as Nene, Camby, Melo and Martin were all hobbled. What Karl has done is kept his rotation to no more than eight players. One of the Nuggets problems this year has been their lack of depth. Jeff Bzdelik used a 10 man rotation. The problem is, Denver really only has seven or eight quality NBA players on their roster. The talent is now getting the bulk of the minutes and the results are obvious. Denver is 17-6 ATS as a road underdog of 3.5 to 6 points over the last 3 seasons. Cleveland is also only 17-35 ATS off 2 consecutive games as a home favorite since 1996. Cleveland is a much improved team, and James is becoming the player everyone thought he'd be, but this is a lot of points. Denver is probably the better all around team, and has extra motivation here as well. Three stars on the Nuggets and the points.
