Denver at Chicago

The Bulls have a star in Derrick Rose and a starting five that is solid. However, they have not gotten much from the bench. This Denver team requires some help off the bench to play against because they are going to run. The Nuggets have a star of their own in Carmelo Anthony, but this team goes a solid nine deep. The contributions they get beyond the starting five are what make them the wise choice in this one. There is also one other big difference. The top four Nuggets scorers are hitting over 85% from the line, while the Bulls’ top four struggles outside of Noah, at 80.8%. The Nuggets have had little problems playing in Chicago where they are 10-4 ATS in the last 14 meetings. Also, the Nuggets have played five of their last six to the UNDER, and eight of their last 10 to the UNDER as a dog of +4.5 or less. At the same time, the Bulls have now played to a 10-4 mark to the UNDER in their last 14 as a favorite. I like Denver to cover and the total to finish UNDER.
