Denver at Brooklyn

Denver looks to bounce back from a loss at Boston, and the Nuggets still have won seven of their last 10 games. Also, the game against the Celtics was the second of a back-to-back after they blew out the Knicks 129-92 the night before. Brooklyn is home after beating Atlanta and Charlotte on the road, but obviously this will be a much tougher test. Denver won the first meeting, 101-93, on Nov. 14 as a 7.5-point favorite, and the Nuggets are one of the best teams in the league at defending the 3-point shot with opponents averaging only 30.9 percent. The Nets have been playing without Kyrie Irving (shoulder) and Caris Levert (thumb). Denver is a small favorite in this matchup. Play the Nuggets.
