The prevailing view of the Mavericks this season is that they have under-performed, having already lost eight games. But the fact is that this team has over-performed. They are 13-8 ATS on the season including 5-4 on the road. The Mavs are stronger after their brief stint without Dirk Notwitzki in the lineup as other players had to step up their game. As a result, Dallas has won four of five, having found their stride. The Suns on the other hand are 7-12 straight-up and 8-11 ATS. They own losing SU and ATS marks at home. Steve Nash limped off the court Saturday after the Suns win over the Grizzlies and is questionable for this game. If he isn't 100%, I like Dallas to come in and grab the road win here. Dallas has taken care of business vs. bad teams, going 8-1 ATS in their last nine vs. a team below .400. The Suns have dropped four of their last five vs. winning teams. Take Dallas here.
