Dallas at Minnesota

Dallas is now 3-18 straight-up on the road and Minnesota, with a new coach, looks to avenge an earlier loss to the Mavericks after playing maybe its best game of the season in a 119-117 road win over Oklahoma City. The Timberwolves actually have won and covered three in a row and appear energized under the new regime of coach Ryan Saunders, who is the son of former Timberwolves coach Flip Saunders. Andrew Wiggins exploded for 40 points and grabbed 10 rebounds against the Thunder. Karl-Anthony Towns added 20 points as Minnesota overcame the Thunder's 50.6 percent shooting. The Mavericks defeated lowly Phoenix 104-94 on Wednesday while playing without point guard Dennis Smith Jr. and he is out for tonight's game. Look for Dallas' road woes to continue, so take the Timberwolves on the moneyline.
