Dallas at Minnesota

The Dallas Mavericks are simply not the same team that won it all last season. They have some changed components, but now also have to deal with the bullseye on their back as opponents are gunning for them night in and night out. That has led the Mavs to a somewhat pedestrian 15-11 mark on the season. Minnesota has turned the corner. Several bad Timberwolves teams has resulted in good draft selections. And as young teams go they are even more inspired to face a champion, and now have the talent to get it done. This young rising team has already beaten Dallas twice, San Antonio twice, Houston twice, and the Los Angeles Clippers, so they are more than capable at home here to do it again. The T-Wolves are rising up as a home dog at 5-1 ATS in their last six. Minnesota is the play.
