Dallas at Miami

Miami has their backs to the wall and need this one. While much of the country is down on this team after losing the last two, the fact is the Miami defense has been great most of this series and they've led in the fourth quarter of every game, including by 15 and 7 in two of the games they dropped. That's a testament to the resolve of the Mavericks, but also the lack of Miami's ability to get to the free throw line. That's something in their favor this game, with home court. Dwyane Wade has been getting to the line, but not LeBron, but that should change here. Erik Spoelstra admitted he talked to James about being more aggressive and taking it to the hoop. That will help with high percentage shots, getting to the line more and getting Dallas in foul trouble. The Mavericks are 3-10 ATS in their last 13 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. Dallas has done a good job defensively, but they still don't have anyone quick enough to hang with LeBron or Wade. Dwyane Wade said his injured left hip will be "totally fine" for Game Six of the NBA Finals. He didn't look that restricted on Thursday and is averaging 28.4 points in the series. Miami won by eight points in Game One on this court and was ahead by 15 with seven minutes left in Game Two before they started playing stupid, hoisting up 3-pointers. That won't happen again and the Heat is on a 7-1 ATS run as a favorite, including 5-0 ATS as a home chalk of 5 to 10 1/2 points. Play the Miami Heat in Game Six!
