The Memphis Grizzlies have been a big surprise to open the season as they are off to a 10-5 start. Memphis won a total of 22 games last season. The big difference was Mike Conley who played just 12 games last season and he is the leader of this team, and no one stepped up in his absence. Dallas won 24 games a season ago and have won 5-of-6 but despite of their recent success, they are still below .500.
