The Cavs have struggled vs Toronto as they are just 5-9 in the last 14 meetings, and that includes 1-6 in their last 7 in Toronto. The lone win was by a single point. Moreover, the 6 Raptors' wins have all come by 12 points or more, and that does not bode well here for the Cavs. The Raptors have won 11 of their last 15 openers, and seven of their last nine at home. I like Toronto in this one.
