Cleveland at Washington

As expected, it has been a rocky start to the Cleveland Cavaliers' season without LeBron James. James was always there to score when the Cavaliers' offense was struggling but without him, the Cavs are tied for second in scoring fewer than 100 points which they have done five times. At 4-9, Washington may be the most disappointing team in the NBA. They have played little in the way of defense all season, but perhaps tonight against the Cavaliers they will sniff a potential win and get after it. The pace of their games has not been particularly fast, so I think a scoring regression is allowing for value here. Take the UNDER.
