Cleveland at San Antonio

Many expected Cleveland to come right out and leap frog right to the top of the NBA East this season. It didn't quite work out that way as this team needed time to gel. They have certainly looked a lot better of late, but that depends upon who they are playing and where. The Cavaliers have not been very much better than mediocre on the road where they are just a game over .500 on the season. Those numbers get worse as they are now 4-10 straight-up in their last 14 on the road vs. a team that currently has a winning record. San Antonio has not found the magic that propelled them to an NBA Title last season. This team has been known to go on elongated winning streaks over the years, and right now they are in the zone having won six straight games. This will be a playoff-intense battle, and both teams are more than capable of playing strong on the defensive end. The Cavs' road struggles against good home teams has left them at 5-11 ATS in their last 16 vs. a team with a winning home record. The Cavs are also 22-4 to the UNDER in their last 26 on the road vs. a team that allowed 100+ in their last game, as well as 35-15-1 to the UNDER in their last 51 on a single day of rest. Cleveland is just 2-9 ATS in the last 11 meetings, and continue their road woes vs. good teams. Take San Antonio and the UNDER.
