The Nets need to keep winning to have a shot at the playoffs so I expect a top-notch effort from them tonight. The truth is, they need this game more than Cleveland, who now has a full 4-game lead over Boston for the top spot in the East. The Nets are without Devin Harris but Chris Douglas-Roberts has stepped up to fill the void. Cleveland is 32-1 at home - unreal. But on the road they are not nearly that good. They win by 9 points per game at home but just 4 per game on the road. You might point to New Jersey's poor defense as a reason to back Cleveland here, but it's just the opposite. The Cavs are 1-9 ATS since the All Star break vs. poor defensive teams (those allwoing 46%+ FG)! I'll take the Nets plus the points here at home.
