These teams have both been disappointments at this stage of the season. It looked like after Cleveland took Detroit to the brink last year in the playoffs, this team was one year away from doing some great things. They had a small stretch this season where they won five in a row, but outside of that streak they are just 9-9, and to show how overvalued they have been, just 4-14 ATS! They have come to rely on LeBron James too much and as long as he is on this team, they will always be overpriced because the general public loves teams with star players. New Jersey has certainly not taken advantage of their own weak conference with no teams over .500. What they have done however is shown signs of life recently. They have held the opponents to under 100 for six straight now, while reaching that plateau 3 times themselves, and signs are there that this team is ready to win. We like basically a good solid team in New jersey, coming out of its struggles playing home, vs. a team that just hasn't shown any signs recently.
