The Cavs were just eliminated from the playoffs race on Wednesday, so this team is a lot closer than most would think, and a good draft could elevate this team into contention next year. Milwaukee is not even in the playoffs picture, winning just 14 games all season. The Bucks have lost 64 times on the season, and 57 of those losses have come by 5 points or more.
