Cleveland at Detroit

Clelveland has ample opportunity to secure their playoff furture as of late and they have fallen completely flat. The heart doesn't seem to be there and now they get the defending NBA champions, winners of 9 straight. LeBron is playing like superman but the rest of his team just isn't providing enough support to have a shot here. During the second half of the season, home teams off 5+ straight wins tend to ride that momentum, covering the spread 66% of the time over the past five seasons. The only thing keeping this line down below double digits (where it should be) is that Cleveland took two of the three earlier meetings. But that was when Cleveland was playing better and Detroit was playing a lot worse. At home, Detroit plays great defense and over their past five games it's been absolutely stifling (holding opponents to 85 points and under 40% from the field).
