Cleveland at Atlanta

This will be a battle of a pair of teams that are in full rebuild. The Hawks have 10 wins on the season and the Cavaliers just eight. Cleveland has dropped five straight while the Hawks have generated almost half its season win total by going 4-1 in their last five. That will have a lot of bettors running to the window on Atlanta but the Hawks are in a brutal 55-117 ATS situation that plays against certain teams off a road overtime game and are now at home.
