The Bulls have won five straight road games and they now sit at 26-16 overall. Their recent road wins include victories over the top two teams in the East: Miami and New York. They now visit the 10-31 Washington Wizards. Needless to say, this line is too low. Yes, Washington has turned around a horrific start, having won six of their last nine and four straight at home. But, asking them to win vs. the Bulls I think is asking too much. Chicago has won eight of the last nine in this match-up including four straight in Washington. Over the past two seasons, the Bulls are 11-1 ATS on the road vs. teams that are getting outscored by 3+ points per game on the season. Chicago is also very strong in expected close games, having gone 34-18 ATS the past three seasons in games with a line of +3 to -3. Over that span, the Bulls are 41-26 ATS as road chalk. Take the Bulls here.
