Chicago at Washington

There is a lot of noise coming out of Washington and most of it isn't good. The Wizards were a solid playoff team last year, and with one of the best backcourts in the NBA with Beal and Wall, the wins have been hard to come by. Washington is just 13-22 on the season as we close in on the halfway mark of the regular season. The Wizards are 1-9 ATS in their last 10. The Bulls have played better by winning two of three, and present just the type of team that will coax out another stinker from the Wizards who seem to not have any interest on the defensive end at all.
