Chicago at Washington

Chicago had to play last night and was involved in an up-tempo game against Toronto in a 129-120 shootout win. Now they face a talented young Washington team that is rested. The Bulls are 3-7 ATS against the NBA Southeast division. Washington proved too much for the Bulls last postseason, winning their series in five games.
