Chicago at Washington

The ledger shows that Chicago is the far superior team here in terms of wins and losses as the Bulls have started 17-9, while the Wizards come in at 7-19. That changes dramatically when you consider the site as Washington is better at home at 7-6 while the Bulls are an even up 6-6 on the road. So, the team with the better, when record considering the site, is getting points in this one. The Wizards futility on the road has not followed them at home where they have already played the Heat and the Magic to one point games. The Bulls have been ordinary on the road, but their worst spot has been playing in the NBA Southeast where they are just 12-30 ATS in their last 42. Washington is getting the money as a home dog of less than five at 6-2 ATS in their last eight. Washington gets the call.
